FAQs
1.Wash before use, being sure to wipe clean the suction cup and base of bowl for maximum grip.
2. Lower the insert into the bowl and press down firmly.
3. Supervise your pet during feeding and remove the bowl immediately when finished to avoid the risk of damage.
4. To remove, first wash out the bowl.
5. Pull back on the head to raise the cut out slot. Lift the tab underneath to break the seal and release the suction cup. We recommend using a non-metallic utensil or teaspoon as an easy and hygienic way to do this.
6. Wash hands thoroughly afterwards.
Yes, both the slow feeder insert and feeding mat can be cleaned in the dishwasher on the top rack.
Yes, our silicone is independently tested as BPA-free.
On the small sized insert, the height is 2cm, 2.5cm on the medium insert and 3.5cm on the large.
