ALL THE GOODNESS IN ONE MEAL
This Turkey and Sardine meal is for the feline lovers. Using turkey and sardines as a base, we've added all the goodness your furry friend needs to thrive.
INGREDIENTS
- 450g Turkey, skinless, less than 10% fat
- 300g Raw Spinach
- 150g Broccoli
- 125g Sardines, tinned in water, no added salt
- 60g Ground Turmeric
- 5g Egg Shell Powder
- 5g Raw Beef Liver
- 3g Nutritional Yeast
- 3g Choline – 350mg Capsules, 1g per capsule, pierce the capsule and use the oil
- 2g Dried Kelp or 1/8th teaspoon of Fettle Seaweed Powder
- 500mg Taurine
- 30mg Zinc
MADE WITH PURPOSE
This recipe provides a complete meal, requiring no additional supplements beyond those included.
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Chop the turkey, beef liver, and sardines into small, bite-sized pieces. Alternatively, you can purchase ground turkey for convenience.
Step 2: Cut the broccoli and spinach into small pieces.
Step 3: In a stovetop pan, add all the meat and fish along with the broccoli, spinach, and turmeric powder. Cover the ingredients with water and cook on a low heat until the meat is fully cooked and the broccoli is soft, or until the internal temperature reaches 75 °C.
Step 4: Remove from heat.
Step 5: Mix in the rest of the ingredients (unless using Fettle, in which case add before serving) until well combined.
Step 6: Serve the meal with the cooking broth.
Step 7: Transfer any leftovers to an airtight container. You can portion out your cat’s meals for the day and store the rest in the fridge.
STORING ADVICE
If cooked in batches, meals can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days in a sealed container.
They can also be frozen for up to a month in a freezer-safe container, then thawed in the fridge and placed in warm water before serving.

- Up to 5kg: Feed 108g per day
- Over 5kg: Feed 150g per day
